For the overachievers (we love you), peak season celebrations (November-April) typically book 8-12 months out. Small and medium events can get away with quicker turn arounds. BUT: we only take 86 events annually to maintain our luxe service standard. Popular dates vanish faster than a shooting star.

What areas do you service?

Our home bases are Merida, Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and CDMX. However, we're available wherever your event takes us in Mexico (just factor in some travel fees for the adventure.)

What languages does your team speak?

Our team is fluent in both English and Spanish, so we can coordinate the perfect photo booth experience for your entire guest list.

What's your cancellation/reschedule policy?

Like that handbag you've been eyeing, we're an investment - and your deposit locks in our commitment to your date. Life happens though, so if you need to reschedule, just give notice and we'll work our magic to find you a new date (subject to availability, of course).
